PROVINCIAL NOMINATIONS
This is Election year and the CSAO Executive is seeking candidates for the Vice President's position. Below you will find a nomination form to be completed. Please make sure that you meet all of the criteria of the nomination including Article 5.2 of the 2009 Constitution for the Vice President's position. Completed nominations must be returned to the CSAO office by March 15th, 2010 by mail, fax or scanned email. The nominations will be reviewed, and if there is only one candidate for the Vice President position, they will be acclaimed and no vote will be required. If more than one candidate is submitted, then a vote of full membership must occur. On April 1st, 2010, ballots will be sent out to all memebers by mail. On April 30th, 2010 the ballots must be received in the CSAO office by mail, fax, or scanned email. On May 1st, 2010 the ballots will be reviewed by the nominating committee and counted. The successful candidate for the Vice President's position will be announced in our May e-Newsletter. I hope this will be an effective election guide for selecting the Vice President's position for the CSAO Executive.
