Chapter Elections
Once again this is an election year. Please click on your chapter to find the nomination form. These forms must be in to your Chapter President by February 15, 2012.
The form below is to repressent your chapter on the Provincial Executive. This form must be sent to the CSAO by March 15, 2012.

Chapter Development
Chapters of the Central Service Association of Ontario may be developed/organized within the geographic guidelines outlined by the Association (where sufficient numbers of Hospitals/members are registered).
The C.S.A.O. has experienced many problems over the years with the amount of active chapters. The Executive has reviewed this problem and has suggested decreasing the amount of chapters from the current 12 to 6.
